Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your Freshpark Canada purchase you may return the goods for a 20% restocking fee within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

  • Product must be returned unused, in its original packaging not assembled no exceptions.
  •  You will be credited for the purchase except for the shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee.
  •  Customers returning product not in the original condition will be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 50% of the total amount of the original purchase price but not the shipping charges.

Return Claim Procedure
To return a purchase please follow the steps below:

  • Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, Federal Express). Freshpark is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping. We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the return claim.
